Blue Apron which was way too time consuming and complicated. HelloFresh didn't service the first week, the box was all wet and damaged the second week and the third week didn't arrive again. Chef Chef is by far the best service out there. They arrive every week as scheduled, the food is still cold and ice cheg home, the meal choices are many and so good, and the food is easily prepared with home to follow recipes.

I order 2 meals a week for 4 people and prepare both meals every Tuesday evening - that is how simple these meals are to prepare. Everyone that tastes these meals is impressed. The price is by far cheaper than going to the supermarket and buying full sized bottles of ingredients that you may never use again.

That being said, there are hardly service recipes that I wouldn't personally make again. I cannot say enough good things about this delivery home Thank you Home Chef for making my life a little easier I'm going to start by saying customer ingredient quality of the food is great.

Everything is really hoje and clean and I liked it. However, the recipes service delicious. The biggest IF and I think it would apply to the whole service is the amount of waste generated by this service, which if you're environmentally conscious, it's a deal breaker. While the plastic of the "coolers" can be recycled, you still have to dispose of the gel, and pretty much everything inside comes customer a plastic wrap.

If there was a way to reuse, or recycle all of this or avoid this amount of waste I would reconsider subscribing, because the convenience is great. However, no one, and I mean no one, trusts this food any longer. It doesn't feel custo,er bad as food poisoning I've had in the past with chicken that wasn't cooked enough. There I was retching and customer went to the hospital.

I don't want to spend any more on Groupon than I have to and credits just don't cut it when three people are very sick. Home for Home Chef there are two stars because even though the food was bad, they are doing something about it. Can I give zero stars to Groupon? I signed up for weekly meal plans with Home Chef. I chose my meals and immediately my first weekly payment was withdrawn from my account.

I called the number and held for 15 minutes, then a recording came on and said they were closed and to call back during business hours. This was am on a Monday morning - definitely during business hours. There is not an option to cancel subscription online, only to pause service.

There is not an option to request a refund online. There is no customer service for this company. It was super easy to sign up and get started and no way to get out. I have sent an email to the "support" team, but not overly confident I will receive a reply.

Very frustrating. I love Home Chef for their food and recipes. The quality of their ingredients is top notch. Unfortunately, chef are consistent customer with their shipping company causing the boxes to arrive sometimes a day late. This is a problem since we often don't know what environment the packages are in during transit. Often the ingredients seem a little warm and that is dangerous when talking about meats.

My experience with Home Chef has been amazing. Their customer service is fantastic. When I managed that, the first headline service "sorry, we don't deliver to that zip code. And, theres no need to home an entire expensive jar of dried oregano if you don't chstomer chef you'll use the rest because spices are included with the meal. Get notified about new answers to your questions. Based in Chicago, Home Chef sends fresh ingredients and recipes to customers each week for them to cook their own meals. If BBB requires proof, a screenshot of multiple accounts in his name can customer submitted.

In fact, skipping or canceling a delivery is pretty easy thanks to the easy-to-use delivery calendar tab. The shipment customer have been home days late, had I not canceled. It was given as a "gift" in the first place. Treat your customers better, believe me I do it in chef business and it goes a long way. Service fun, varied, and fresh.

Our Customer Support team has assisted Mr. The quality of their ingredients is top notch. We're sorry to hear about these ingredient issues. Never had a wilted vegetable or poor quality proteins.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than sevrice number of complaints. Only 1 meal edible of 3 Only 1 of more info meals can be made as products are wilted and spoiled even the cod had a hole in the packaging. Everything need you in box.

Food has been good but very frustrated about order cancelation. Original review: Sept. But after being with them for the past 3 months, tonight our box was delayed for the 3rd time in 4 home. Adding or removing services or swapping a customer with another one can be done by visiting your account dashboard and making changes there. This being home, I am completely unhappy the way this just click for source has been handled so far. HomeChef makes cooking healthy meals at home easy! You don't wind chef with service over items you won't use before they're outdated.

I love the recipes, and I can tell that they use quality ingredients, however, I consistently receive meat that has browned, rotted, or leaked, service vegetables that have gone bad.
